Before we started our performance management initiative, our departments had very few defined goals and even those were hard to quantify and track. Now, we have a simple system in place to document, clarify, measure and track important goals for Riverdale’s success.
InnerComm has greatly helped our county departments clarify purpose, set definable goals and then put a system in place that fosters results….we are now seeing a new culture emerge around performance, achievement and results. InnerComm did a great job for us.
InnerComm worked closely with me to revamp our community’s vision, mission, values and strategy; they helped lead staff and Council retreats and helped us implement an ongoing performance management process that is helping us achieve more of our key goals.
